My progress...

Well, last week was not a good exercise week for me. I didn't do a single thing. I was at the kids school all day, every day. This week I will do better. I start back at school on Tuesday and I can finally get back into my real routine. No pictures yet, but I should be able to get some new pics soon.
Eating: BLECH!!! Actually, I haven't done too bad. I just need to get in a few more salads this week. Yesterday we went out to lunch and I'm proud of myself...I ordered the house salad and didn't eat too much. Feels great getting control of my weight!!! Now, if I can just get myself up early in the morning and do my normal 20 minutes on the treadmill I'll be on the right track.

This is the beginning

I have decided that if I'm going to seriously lose weight I need to be accountable and I need to journal my progress (or lack thereof) and this is a great place to do it.

These are my BEFORE (or in otherwords...NOW) pictures.
I really wish I had thought about doing this when I was at my highest weight of 284. Oh well, live and learn. :)

My weight right now is 245 and I hope to update a picture every 10 lbs. so I can see my own progress.

My idea is to post everyday on how I did on my eating and exercising, that being said, I'm hoping to get to post at least once a week. LOL
